I come to this location for basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. Everyone is always very nice and helpful and the work never takes longer than quoted. I’ve been to other Big Os, but they are not as good as this one. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service! I made appt to get tires checked. Mike found a screw in my right front tire, which they promptly repaired and I was on my way within 45 minutes! Excellent service and there was no charge! I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Mike and all the employees who made my experience a great one!

Couldn't have asked for a friendlier experience. My family and I were on vacation from Michigan and obviously it wouldn't be a trip without a flat. Service was very fast and friendly. At the end I was treated like FAMILY! They wished my family a great trip and wouldn't charge me! I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUY'S! Thanks again. Tom from Michigan.

Okay, I had such a great experience at Big O Tire the other day here in Scottsdale. I took my Camaro in, and instead of them trying to ding me for this and that on things that it didn't really need, I got honest and caring service. I was super impressed. They even used my own supplied tire monitor sensors and tested them before they put them in to make sure they all worked and that their system would accept them. Wow, what great service! I will be coming back here in the future for all my new tire needs and services. And on top of that, to install all four-wheel monitors and mount and balance, they only charged me $53 plus tax. You've got my business now!

Very flat tire on wife’s car. AAA arrived to assist. Said great tread left but tire rot (she seldom drives it and tires were 5 years old) We had used Big O before and had great service before. We picked up a new set of tires, balanced etc for about same price we paid 5 years ago. Friendly employees, clean lobby, good service
