Came in for a slow leaker. Had bought a set here a few months back. They told me I had some "play" in the front end. "Oh boy, here we go", I thought. Turns out it was legit (improperly torqued tie rod end bolt). They got me on my way safely with no charge. Good, honest folks!
Always a great experience at Big O. I have been a loyal customer for many years and can always count on excellent service. They recently did 2 of our cars snow tire changeovers in just a couple hours. Plus, I usually get to give Huckleberry some love.....
Had brakes repaired and the technician went above and beyond, he even polished my headlights. Great service by all, but a big thank you to this guy. My wife's car needs brakes as well and I know where we're going!
The best tire shop I’ve been to in 15 years and four different states. The team has excellent knowledge of both modern cars as well as older and classic cars. They do excellent work on vehicles most shops would determine as “too old”. They also provide excellent machine services with control arm bushing replacements and have great communication and service. I go here no matter what and tell all my friends to go here as well.
Got a flat tire at the worst possible time you could ever imagine. I had to drive 135 miles to get to my hotel in Boise after 11 pm ! I was completely exhausted and mad at my car. However, the next day I called every nearby shop to see if they had my tire in stock . It wasn't going in my favor. After a while, this shop assured me that they got my tire size. The whole experience was so smooth. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They changed 2 tires within an hour. The price was reasonable. They are honest , skilled and well organized. The customer waiting area was really clean and cozy . If you are looking for a tire shop, I would highly recommend Big O Tires . Stay away from ripoff other shops. Note: at this moment, I already drove over 9k on these tires. Everything is good so far.
