My son’s car broke down the morning of his wedding. We came up with a plan B for the day, but needed a solution to get him and his wife home. Called Naylor’s…they got a very old car, with multiple problems, diagnosed one day, and fixed early the next, getting my son on his way. Terrific customer service. Explained the needed repairs and suggested ones. Did not feel like I was being over sold. Highly recommend!!

We've used Naylor's several times, and they do great work. Kyle has been awesome to work with. He's communicative through all steps of the process, and they stick to their quotes and do great work. We highly recommend them if you need a really good mechanic and need someone you can trust.

I have brought 2 different vehicles here for close to 6 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve always received good communication, reasonable estimates and reliable repairs. Several times they have completed repairs and maintenance quicker than they promised. I’ve only shopped an estimate around town once. I especially appreciate the digital reports and estimate software they use. The courtesy cars are an excellent service as well.
