Big O Tires had the best price in the area for the tires I wanted (Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail AT). They ordered them quickly and had them installed just a few days later. About 10 days afterward, I noticed a slow leak and brought the vehicle back roughly a month after the install. They got me in right away and fixed the tire for free. Turns out I had picked up a nail, not an installation issue. Great service and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend! By the way, I love these tires. I have them on a 2010 4Runner

The owner, Mr. Brock Lennox, is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. He cares about people, not just business, and it shows in the way he treats every customer. Brock is proud of his work, proud of his team, and proud to serve the community with honesty and heart. The staff here are more than employees they’re neighbors. They’re always friendly, supportive, and willing to help you find exactly what you need without ever pushing unnecessary extras. Every recommendation is based on what works best for you, not what makes them more money. That kind of honesty is priceless these days. Not sure why people give bad reviews for such respectful people with such a great service in our community i believe they always deserve 5+star, for their honesty. Brock, thank you brother for always going above and beyond, for your kindness, and honesty and for setting such a great example of what good service should be. After getting pushed around at another shop we came here out of desperation to get a simple seasonal wheel swap (yes, it was in August - it's a long story) and they were able to get us right in and had everything done in 15 minutes for a better price than the other shop would have charged. The crew was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Next time I or friends/family in the area need tire service I know where I'm sending them.

The honesty of the owner, the good service is unbelievable. I have a mini and three times already had a flat tire with a nail. Twice I took it to the dealership and the told me I have to change the tire. This time they fixed it and didn’t need change. Saved me from at least $400.00. I recommend this place to all who need honest and great service.

I highly recommend this place for your tire needs! :) I popped my tire Sunday night, drove here Monday 8:45am without appointment, got my estimate within 20 mins, they ordered my tires and got it fixed at 12:30pm on the same day!! Their price is quite reasonable too, and the tires are good as new. The advisor, Brock, is very friendly and understanding as well. Definitely will be coming by if I ever pop another tire 😅
