My experience with Big Rich Hauling was very positive from start to finish. They run a tight ship! Scheduling was easy and I was provided a quote over the phone for the removal of my old spa. Prices are reasonable. The workers who showed up for the job were on time, pleasant, and efficient. If I need more junk removed in the future, I will call them again!

Big rich is the vendor adult protective services used to clean my grandmothers home. They were so kind and compassionate! Every employee went above and beyond, and they are so fast! They even swept the drive way and porch and garage as they cleaned so it was free of dirt, leaves, and other small debris. 10/10 I will always recommend them!

We had such a great experience with Big Rich Hauling & Junk Removal! The person I spoke with over the phone each time was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to schedule us. They provided a fair estimate and were super fast in getting us the COI our building management needed for approval. We hired them to remove two chairs, and the crew who came out was punctual, friendly, and gave me a helpful heads-up before arriving. Love to help local businesses. Rich came out himself to view the mountain of broken/unusable pallets we had stored behind our warehouse, (a potential fire hazard). Great experience hiring Big Rich Hauling to remove a spa from my backyard. Christian and Josh did an excellent job. The spa was working, but very old, and with the cost to operate it (electricity bill), wasn’t something I wanted to add to my bills. Christian used great care not to damage outdoor porch lights, and other decor. He also cleaned up when finished. The price was very very reasonable. I will most definitely use their services again!
