Bob and his team responded promptly and efficiently when our whole house heater went out on New Years Eve! Brendan responded and was phenomenal...courteous, respectful and explained everything needed for the repair. Highly recommend Premium Heating and Air Conditioning!

We have used Premium Heating and Air a few times and have nothing but superlative words to express our happiness with having contacted them. They always are able to squeeze us into their schedules even if extremely busy with other projects. All work is done professionally and quickly with explanations provided to us along the process. Bob, the owner, responds quickly and the technician who has come out, Mike, is courteous and very knowledgeable and all of the costs have been reasonable. Would not hesitate to refer Premium Heating and Air to anyone requiring HVAC needs Thanks, guys.

Premium has been incredible to work with since I purchased my home 2 and a half years ago. Bob and team are reliable, honest, and provide quality service. I recently had my nearly 30 year old HVAC replaced and the estimate from Premium was a great price. Mike and Jeremy spent 2 full days on the unit replacement. They were knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I appreciate the care and quality of work they provided, and I will continue to contact Premium for HVAC maintenance/issues.

We have been using Premium Heating and Air since we bought our house in 1999. Bob has helped us thru all kinds of different situations (we have 3 separate units in our home). He is honest and his crew is great too! Highly recommend!

I've used Premium twice now, and both times the service was excellent. Bob and Mike were prompt, professional, and more than fair in their pricing. Because of their honesty, I was able to avoid spending thousands on a new HVAC system. I highly recommend this company and will call them again in a heartbeat if I encounter any future problems with my heating or air conditioning.
