The haircut was mediocre at best and the barber "Big Tom" seemed nice in the beginning but as the haircut went on he began to get very impatient. My eye began to water from a nerve he hit on my nose with his clippers and instead of offering me something to wipe my eye all he did was huff and puff out of frustration each time I wiped it and he snapped when I moved my mouth while he was trimming my goatee. If you've never been there don't go! I never do bad reviews on anybody even when I do have a bad experience but this guy doesn't deserve the business don't go to him!
I found this place on google. The prices weren’t bad. This was my first time here I live about a hour and something from this spot in a small town. I came from another state due to all of our local barbers being booked and my kids needed a cut ASAP. I will agree with another review on here it is kind of awkward when walking the stares started from the front door on in lol kind of like why are you here? I know I’m not from this area 🤣 The owner was cool and even offered food and drinks which was nice. I’m from a small town so this area was a little different for me but did good on the cuts. Something I would suggest is better parking. I also see reviews about online booking it was smooth but when we got there I think it was told to my husband there was not a barber assigned or it wasn’t the time we booked. Could have been a miscommunication, maybe in the future get a secretary to handle the online. Despite the little things it wasn’t too bad.
I asked the owner if my son’s mom booked with him online, and they tripped out on me for asking, lol. I was like I was just asking. The vibe was super weird after. I will never go back after that because that’s not the first time they were disrespectful. They were too disrespectful in front of my kid. The barber D is always cool though, (middle chair).
Look no further! Exceptional service from start to finish! From the moment you walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. Their attention to detail is on point. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the level of professionalism is top-notch. my son left feeling like a million bucks.
It’s like this. I gotta give respect to the barber for calling me out. Initially, I just wanted a edge up just to see where his skills were at. And that’s when he challenged me to just let him do his thing. I’m glad I did. Next time I return to the Burgh, Big Tom, I’m comin’ to see you.
