My son's bicycle pedal kept falling out after self assembly. Called around and came across this company. I didn't think to get the guy's name but he was so kind and helpful. He fixed things that stuck out like a sore thumb and didn't take long. Customer service was superb and the layout of the store is pretty nice. They have a lot of bicycles and accessories and I would for sure recommend them for all your bike needs.

After much researching for a mtb I found a bike at Bikemart. Erin was the team member for the store that first helped me when I call their internet sales service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. After setting up the payment, she got the bike transfer from one of the many locations they have in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to the closest store to me. After my wife used it, I realized she wasn’t loving it so I called Erin back to see if I could exchange it and she found us another bike that was what she would like. Again Erin gave me options to where I could pick up the bike and before I got to the store I received a call from one of the stores’ employees and confirmed that I was coming to exchange the bike. When I arrived Daniel had all the information and I was quickly on my way back home after test riding the new bike and purchasing a few accessories. I would definitely recommend Bike Mart and I will definitely be back, hopefully soon when I am ready to upgrade my road bike.

I will be bringing my bike here for carbon bike repair. They have in their network a vendor with extensive experience. They were also able to save me money by rejecting my idea for new levers. I just needed more lubricant. I am considering trading my bike here, for credit on a new bike with bigger tires for more comfort.

I had an amazing experience at Bike Mart in Dallas! Mark went above and beyond to help me purchase my very first bicycle as an adult (I haven't had one since I was a kid). He took the time to understand my needs, patiently walked me through all the options, and made sure I felt confident about my choice. As someone new to cycling, I really appreciated his kindness, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the perfect bike. The whole process was smooth, and I left feeling excited and well-prepared to start riding. I had an amazing experience at Bike Mart when purchasing my special order Liv bike. From start to finish, the entire team made the process seamless and enjoyable. Daniel went above and beyond during the sales process—he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Once the bike arrived, Braden did a phenomenal job building it with care and precision—it rode like a dream straight out of the shop! I also want to give a big shoutout to Romario, the general manager, whose professionalism and leadership clearly set the tone for such outstanding customer service.
