They have ALL the cool toys. Both guys there were very nice and inviting. Let me try their in house designed humbucker which was different than anything I've ever heard before.
The best of the best. I love this shop! Jared and Dave gave me enthusiastic advice about equipment and I walked out with an amazing amp. Everybody should go down there and hang out with them. It'll add years to your life.
I bought a brand new Magnatone Amp from Killer Vintage over the weekend. I soon realized that the amp had an issue with the vibrato/tremolo effect. I brought it back to the store, they troubleshot it, found the issue, ordered a new part, and gave me a replacement amp, with no questions asked. This is the exactly why I bought the amp from them and didn’t try to save a few dollars by buying it on reverb. Issues always happen, but you can tell a lot about a business, by how they handle it. The owners and staff are all great guys and very easy to deal with. They have lots of great vintage and boutique guitars, amps and pedals. I give Killer vintage specialty guitars an A+ and highly recommend their store to all guitar lovers.
Great shop. Let me plug into any amp with any guitar. And then just let me do my thing. Was so tempted to buy another Tele. I’ll be back and find that guitar I have to add to my already too large collection. Great amps too.
Stopped by the store today! The owners Dave and Marc were incredibly kind and helpful. They were both very knowledgeable. Store had a wonderful vibe… Not snooty and stuck up like a lot of vintage/ boutique stores that I visited in the past. Had a wonderful selection of instruments and didn’t mind my sampling of almost everyone of them! I’m glad I stopped by and will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
