I bought a lowden F35 from Killer Vintage Specialty guitars, in Dec 10 2025. Then in Jan 2026, I noticed a headtock repair on the guitar. They listed the guitar as a mint 2022 Lowden F35 on reverb which was where I bought it. . And they said the guitar was sold as is and there where no returns. I challenged the store at the end of Jan 2026 and wanted compensation or a return. Guitars with breaks are worth less, yet they misled me telling me the guitar was in mint condition. Anyways, the store said they are not going to do anything. Who is in the wrong here? They claimed the guitar was in mint condition in the reverb listing, before selling it to me, then they tell me I can't return it because it violates their return policy. They give 48 hours notice after the guitar is delivered. It was the dead of winter and I didnt even take the guitar out of the box for 48 hours so it could acclimate.

They have ALL the cool toys. Both guys there were very nice and inviting. Let me try their in house designed humbucker which was different than anything I've ever heard before.
