Excellent service very good experience although I was closer to Allen's store I preferred to be served in Richardson and that it was the Manager Hector although we pay shipping but the attention is worth it

Someone at RBM was able to identify the headset I needed and order it in time for Christmas. I don't remember his name - I believe he is the service manager. Alex cashed me out and Alfred installed the headset. Getting the rest of the bike put together Christmas Eve was a cinch. We handed the bike over to my nephew after Christmas dinner. He even gave me a hug. He absolutely loves it. This was our ride on Boxing Day to get the bike adjusted properly.

First time buyer from Bike Mart and they were excellent. I switched out a few parts and they took care of all the changes without hassle. They made sure to call and confirm my address before my bike went out the door which was a nice touch. Corbin and his team were great and I can’t recommend them enough. The bike arrived well packaged, well protected, and in perfect condition; all I had to do was put the front wheel and bars on and I was ready to go.

As far as I’m concerned, RBM supplies all the right brands. The entire team is always so helpful and seems to have a high amount of integrity. For example, yesterday I was there to buy my young daughter a new bike and expecting to spend around $500 despite knowing she would outgrow the current size in about a year. The sales rep knew of a trade-in that matched her size and color that she was looking for perfectly - for a fraction of the price of new, AND best of all my daughter loved the bike immediately upon seeing it. We only needed to upgrade it with new purple tassels and a pink kitty bell. RBM always impresses me, and yesterday they set the standard even higher. Thanks team.

This is an amazing group of people. I ordered my product was shipped to me so quickly and packaged with such care. I reached out about and had the pleasure of emailing the nicest customer service representative ever in my life (Corbin) I hope you’re boss reads these reviews and takes you to lunch and gives you a extra payed day off for your exceptional customer support because you deserve it!!
