So blessed to have an authentic Bikram studio like BYSJ! i have been there a total of 4 times and each time i am welcomed with such open arms and hearts! every teacher i have had has been wonderful 😁 i love the carpet! thank you for keeping the yoga authentic 🙏🏼

The easy online registration and no penalties for late cancellations are great. Just be on time as doors lock when class starts. Yoga has always been beneficial, but Bikram Yoga in a 105-degree room has truly healed my body, even fixing an old knee injury within weeks. Regular practice has boosted my strength, balance, endurance, focus, and clarity. It makes me feel like I can achieve anything. I'm addicted!

A vibrant kind community who is welcoming and open hearted. I started w the intro month and then signed up with a monthly package. The classes are traditional bikram style, the teachers are knowledgeable and stick to the scientific essence of the poses. This style of yoga teaches me resiliency, the importance of effort and challenges my mindset. I feel stronger after each class. Highly rec giving it a try! You won’t regret it.
