I met Kathy through my partner about five years ago and she truly changed my life. She’s not only an incredible trainer, but also a great friend. Kathy pushes you to your limits every single class—I keep coming back because no one gets my muscles sore the next day like she does. On top of that, she has such a calm, grounding energy that makes every workout enjoyable. 10/10, highly recommend!
So many good things to say about this team. Weightlifting: I started weightlifting 3 years ago with Kathy and it completely changed my life as well as those around me. She knows how and when to challenge you so that you put your best out in each session. You come out a better person, more confident, strong, and whole. Slow and controlled is the game — I was always offered alternative movements when something felt a bit uncomfortable. I struggled with gaining weight my entire life and was able to gain 8 lb of muscle with her! My lifestyle has significantly improved and as a result my close family members have all started working out as well. Also all of their trainers/instructors were knowledgeable and personable to work with. I looked forward going to each session for their energy. Yoga: Power yoga is forever my favorite and I constantly look for an instructor who meets the standard this team sets! I leave feeling nimble, relaxed, and proud of challenging my body. I also love that Oasis hosts many different yoga styles and events to introduce me to things I otherwise wouldn’t seek out. This is always a great way to build community if you’re newer to the area or looking to meet good people. Retreat: I went to their retreat in Costa Rica (pics attached) and it felt like a 5 star resort + yoga + intentional self care + healing. I never really understood retreats before but now I recommended them to everyone who gets the opportunity. The space: Their gym and space is an upscale private gym that is clean, nice smelling, and comfortable with ample parking. I look forward to coming here and I leave relaxed compared to mass scale gyms, which stress me out.
Kathy is soooo amazing! I am so grateful to have met her and train with her. I just gave birth a few months ago and was mentally and physically not strong. I wasn’t sure about working out but Kathy was so easy to talk to and reassured me that I can do it. After a few sessions, I feel Amazing! I feel more fit and a lot more energy, definitely need it to keep up with my 3 kids! She has helped me in more ways than just physical. She is amazing!! Love her!!
Hieu was recommended to me by a friend when I was struggling to get back into a healthier routine, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. He helped me ease back into training, focus on building strength, and stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. His sessions are well planned and always adjusted to how I’m feeling that day, which has helped me make steady progress. I’ve also joined his Power yoga classes. They’re tough in the best way and always leave me feeling energized. The studio has a nice, welcoming vibe too and everyone’s friendly and supportive, which makes it easy to show up and keep going. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s genuinely supportive and helps you stay consistent in a healthy way, I’d definitely recommend Hieu and Oasis Wellness Collective.

I’ve also joined gentle yoga with Hieu, which empowered me to explore stretches I never thought I could do. Hatha yoga with Laura is a favorite—it helps me reconnect with my body and movement in a meaningful way. Their mini retreats are thoughtfully curated and sometimes held in incredible remote locations like Santa Cruz and Costa Rica, as well as at the studio itself. Breathwork and sound healing really surprised me—in the best way. I didn’t expect to connect with it, but it brought up valuable insights that have helped me manage stress more mindfully. No fluff here—just a solid, intentional space with packages that make it easy to stay committed to your wellness!
