Genevieve, Eva, and the entire Bill Hansen team were absolutely phenomenal. They are truly such an impressive group — everything was thoughtfully planned, flawlessly executed, and completely seamless. It could not have gone any better. The food was fabulous, and from set-up to tear-down we didn’t lift a single finger. We hosted an 80-person brunch at my family’s home, and they hit it completely out of the park. Truly, any party after this one without the Bill Hansen team would be a miss. Bravo, 5 stars.

Perfect 🌿 Here’s a romantic, detailed, and heartfelt 5-star review you can post on your wedding venue’s website — I’ve written it as if your venue is Villa Woodbine (you can replace the name if needed): ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — The Wedding of Our Dreams at Villa Woodbine Our wedding at Villa Woodbine on October 6, 2025, was nothing short of magical. From the moment we first walked through the gates, we fell in love with the venue’s timeless charm — the lush gardens, Mediterranean architecture, and romantic atmosphere instantly made it feel like a fairytale come to life. The entire Villa Woodbine team exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Every question was answered with care, every request handled with grace, and every moment of our day ran seamlessly thanks to their incredible coordination. On our wedding day, everything was beyond perfect — from the ceremony under the banyan tree to the candlelit reception that felt straight out of a dream. Our guests were blown away by the venue’s beauty, the ambiance, and the impeccable service. We’ve heard countless compliments about how breathtaking and elegant everything was. Villa Woodbine will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It wasn’t just a venue — it became part of our story. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who helped make our day unforgettable. With love and gratitude, Patricia & Pedro Married October 6, 2025

We had our wedding at Villa Woodbine and it was truly the most magical experience. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, filled with charm, elegance, and a timeless beauty that made our day feel straight out of a fairytale. The food was incredible, every dish was delicious, and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail made us feel completely taken care of. All of our guests had an amazing time, and the atmosphere created at Villa Woodbine made the entire day feel so special. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for our wedding. Highly recommend Villa Woodbine to any couple looking for a venue that combines beauty, great food, and exceptional service it truly made our day unforgettable.

The whole Bill Hansen team and Sandra Perez in particular truly rock. Sandra took us A to Z, was incredibly transparent about pricing, and the whole team did everything they promised on wedding day and more. The best thing about the Bill Hansen approach is that it's a one stop shop. They did all the rentals, all the food, all the drinks, all the wait and bar staff, all the load in and clean up, and it was just done, on time and with personal attention and care. For example, after the ceremony a waiter brought us a personal platter of every appetizer so we didn't miss out on anything while we did photos and talked to guests. And everything from the tables and chairs to the plates, food and drinks is customizable. They have a great showroom and tasting space at Villa Woodbine where you can go through everything and take your time to get the look and tastes that you want. The team was incredibly responsive, and all the guests loved the food (as did we). They accommodated a variety of rather complex allergies and dietary restrictions (veggie, vegan, nut allergy, dairy allergy, gluten free, and combinations of above). In short, can't recommend them enough. Thanks for making it such a special day Sandra! PS here's a surely incomplete list of everything the Bill Hansen team took care of for us: Tables Chairs and cushions Plates and glasses Cutlery The dance floor Bars Cocktail tables Ceremony chairs Linens and tablecloths All the food and drink, including desserts and coffee All the wait and bar staff

Bill Hansen is by far one of the best catering companies I have had the pleasure of tasting and working with. Their food is delicious and it showed through my guests' clean plates. We are very happy that we chose to work with Bill Hansen catering for our wedding. I always knew their food and service was great, but we still looked at other options to find the best price. At the end of the day, the difference in pricing was not by such a large amount. Their quality and professionalism is the reason I feel they are a 5-star company. A year prior to our wedding I contacted Ashley, the event producer. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She came to visit venues with us and show us what Bill Hansen has to offer. They are truly a total package when it comes to making your wedding day perfect and flawless! After postponing our original wedding date due to schooling, I didn't contact her again until a year later when we decided the gap out of school would be a perfect opportunity. The only thing was now we had 3 months to plan the wedding of our dreams. Ashley was so patient with all my changes and requests (and boy did I make lots of changes!). Every week, she was keeping me updating and constantly communicating with me in order to create the perfect menu and reception for us. It's a great feeling to hear from all my guest how much they enjoyed our wedding and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision to work with Bill Hansen
