The absolute best vetinary i have ever gone too besides my use to be vet when I lived in California. They genuinely care about thier the dogs and other animals that come through that door. I highly recommend them. So glad my nieghbor sent me to them. Best experience ever.
After regularly going to Bingle Clinic for almost a year now, I can confidently say that all the staff have been nothing but understanding and helpful in every visit. Chris was especially helpful today after having to carry our 60+ pound dog around multiple times in our visit, including to and from our car. The front staff and veterinarians are always incredibly patient with our anxious dog. Prices are discussed in a clear, concise manner. I can not recommend it enough!
Bingle vet is my go-to for my pups Tina and Taika! I really feel like they care a lot about them and always are excited to see them. Special shout out to Merry! My pups love seeing her
Let me tell you this has been the most impressed that I’ve been with a business and a very, very, very long time. I just moved to the neighborhood, googled this Veterinarian and decided to give it a try. I could not be more satisfied with the entire staff! A biggg shout out to the amazing Dr. Vaughn!! He is truly outstanding and a very smart doctor who educates you on your pet’s condition. I brought in my litter of five Yorkies and he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Dr. Vaughn genuinely goes above and beyond for your pets! I can actually say each staff member really cares about the health and condition of your pet. The clinic is super clean and well kept, and I would encourage anyone to visit this facility.
I initially took my cat to Bingle Vet Clinic because my regular veterinarian didn’t have any immediate availability, and my cat had developed a mass on his face. I brought him in on a Saturday for testing and was told I would receive the results by Tuesday at the latest. However, I didn’t hear back until Friday, at which point I was informed that my cat had cancer. The veterinarian said someone would contact me with a quote for surgery and to schedule the procedure, but no one ever followed up. I had to reach out via email to request a quote myself, and even then, no one contacted me to actually schedule the surgery. In that email, I specifically asked for available surgery dates and times, but no one has gotten back to me. I also called the clinic to speak with the veterinarian directly to ask some follow-up questions and was told she would call me back, but I never received a call. To this day, no one from the clinic has reached out to schedule the surgery. I ended up taking my cat to his regular vet, who was able to schedule the surgery the next day. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Bingle Vet Clinic to anyone.
