I have been taking all of my vehicles to Birdsong for years now. They have always been great to work with and helpful in how they communicate. With four cars, oil changes, repairs, maintenance, etc., it is great to have people you can trust. I cannot say enough good about the business. I write this today because I sent my daughter to get her oil changed today because I just did not have time to do it myself. I want to share just a few words from her texts verbatim (4 of them)... Text 1 "I get treated like a princess here, I like it" Text 2 "They also cleaned my windshield and checked my filters and something else but I don’t remember what it was" Text 3 "They don’t try to be sneaky with things and don’t try to upcharge me bc I’m a little girl" Text 4 THEY DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY NAÏVETÉ Yes, this is funny, but also important for people to know when looking where to take their car for maintenance or repairs. Thank you Birdsong. I have always been a fan, as has my family, but it is hard not to take notice when your family is treated like royalty:)! Adam

I took my truck in for repairs and after a day or two they called me and told me that it would be better for me to take it somewhere else. (Which is fine with me). But they still charged me the diagnostic fee of $80 even though they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my truck. As a matter of fact they printed out a paper telling me to take it home and test a few things to find the problem myself. I thought that was why I paid them $80 for them to identify the problem. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff didn’t communicate with me, and no one made an effort to be friendly. They weren’t rude, but the overall service felt cold and unhelpful. I asked to speak with the mechanic who serviced my truck, it was the same vibe. I understand things can be complicated, but if it were my business I wouldn’t charge someone when I couldn’t give them any answers. Respectfully I felt like I paid for nothing. I hope they improve their communication and make things right for future customers.

Went to Birdsong to purchase my daily tires for the upcoming winter season. I brought in my own set of wheels and got my car back within the day! Extra points to Derek for adding in the weights to balance the wheel behind the spokes so they aren’t easily seen. These tiny touches go the long way!
