Brilliant class , a nice safe space I attend the all women class. The exercises are great & you are able to go at your own pace . For someone who isn’t keen on going to the gym and exercising I have find this class enjoyable. Dan the instructor is friendly and sets a good atmosphere that is very well coming . I would highly recommend this class to any female wanting to join an exercise Class.

I’ve attended the ladies boxing classes for the last 5 weeks. I’m a PT myself and train daily and these classes are very well run. The coaches are very skilled and knowledgeable about boxing and related fitness. The coaches teach proper technique and fully develop your body positioning and power in attack and defence all whilst having a proper workout!

Absolutely fantastic! My boys joined around three weeks ago, and they’re already growing in confidence and developing great new skills. It’s also been a wonderful opportunity for them to make new, positive friends. I would highly recommend this to anyone! The coaches, Keith and Dan, are brilliant with the children — encouraging, motivating, and really bringing out the best in them. My boys are absolutely thriving from this experience!
