A giant croissant that truly lives up to its name. Incredibly flaky, buttery, and rich in flavor crisp on the outside, soft and indulgent on the inside. One bite is enough to impress. You only can find it in Bisou Vancouver ( English Bay) location.

We visited this place with our team today and were pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly, and our drinks and pastries were prepared and served very quickly. We tried three different croissants. The chocolate croissant was the best — perfectly balanced and very delicious. The Biscoff croissant had a very rich, intense flavor; it was tasty, but a bit too filling for me to finish. The white chocolate and pistachio croissant was also good, though the white chocolate flavor was more dominant than the pistachio. As for the drinks, we tried their seasonal specials. The matcha with Earl Grey tea was my favorite — well balanced, not too sweet, with clearly defined flavors. The pomegranate espresso tonic was amazing and very refreshing. The least favorite was the coconut strawberry matcha. It was good, but a bit unusual. Also, their bread is absolutely incredible — highly recommended! Great location as well, perfect for a walk by the ocean. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me, and I will be recommending this place to everyone.

Bisou coffee shop and premium bakery truly stands out. The attention to detail, quality of ingredients, and overall experience reflect a high-end bakery done right. Fantastic coffee, beautiful pastries, and a lovely downtown vibe. Highly recommended. I am so happy to find this great place!

I am genuinely surprised that this store does not hold a full five-star rating. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, the store is spotless, thoughtfully organized, and wonderfully inviting, and the pricing remains very reasonable. Their claim of offering “premium baked goods” is entirely justified. The croissants are exquisitely flaky and rich, yet remarkably soft and tender on the inside. The pastries are expertly balanced in both flavour and presentation—each one is almost too beautiful to eat. I am so impressed by the great quality of their pastries and highly recommend this store.

Beautiful shop and pastries! I wish I’d had a microwave handy to warm things up. The two croissants lacked excitement because they were cold (November morning). The cream horseshoe was almost icy inside, similar to a frozen cream puff that hadn’t thawed entirely. The choux pastry was very crisp though. When I stopped in first thing Sunday morning, I was hoping for melt in your mouth amazingness. I got Instagram worthy very tasty pastries. I may have set my expectations too high. I would return for a second round (with a quick zap in the microwave)
