I own a cleaning service and years ago a worker let oven cleaner drip down a cupboard front causing extensive damage. Bix restored it perfectly. It was impossible to tell which door had been damaged. What a lifesaver. The price was very reasonable too.

I have 2 leather recliners that were in need of repair. The quality of craftsmanship in the repair is the same quality that manufacturers put into it. The seams are flawless. The biggest thing I would say is the customer service. We live in the age of AI and voice prompts. The manager is who you speak with. I also found out it’s a family owned business and has been in operation for over 50 years. In the future I will be using them. If you are interested in future restoration , I would recommend using Bix.

They do good work but charge very much accordingly. My niece paid an obscene amount to have a simple wooden chair repaired for her mother. I was stunned at the price. $1400 for a very basic little wood chair. It does look nice. But very high prices.

Furniture broke apart upon returning home, they didn’t even wipe anything down - zero pride in their work and way over priced for the job done - had to have someone else fix

EXPENSIVE! I was provided a $200 quote to have two wood stadium chairs stripped of paint two years ago. I went to Bix Furniture Service at the time with the chairs to have the work done. When I arrived, I received a new, $300 price! Frustrated, I took the chairs back home. After trying to clean them up myself with partial success and after failing to find a qualified sandblaster, I took the chairs back to Bix this year (2025). This time I was quoted and charged $400. I don’t think the service was worth $400 and I could have taken advantage of a credit card error on Bix end to lower the price but in the end that’s what I paid. The work was professionally done and I couldn’t find anyone else to strip paint off wood chairs (yeah, that gel crap at Lowe’s and Home Depot doesn’t work well) so I’m chalking up the experience as the price of doing business. Just don’t tell me inflation in this country is going down. This work was very expensive.

I had a family heirloom chair completely refurbished by Bix, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The workmanship is impressive, and they offer great customer service.
