I had been uncertain about the cost of renting a stump grinder, but Blanco Rental’s machine was a BEAST and helped me entirely remake my front and back yards. GREAT value on the rental and EXEMPLARY customer service from the owner, David Martin, and his staff.
Disappointing experience with this place. They sold me the wrong attachment for a tile polisher, which made it impossible to complete my project on time. Despite explaining my needs clearly, the staff seemed clueless and unwilling to help. The return process was also a hassle. When they realized they sold me the wrong part, and I asked for money back, the owner simply said "sorry, next time". Would not recommend this rental place to anyone. 1/5 stars."
Took my two trimmers to get fix and Shaun did an excellent job in fixing them. Working great, will recommend taking there equipment there to get fixed.
SO I CANT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE CALLED BLANCO RENTALS ANY STARS. I WAS TRYING TO RENT AN EXCAVATOR AND THE GUY BASICALLY SAID NO. WE EXPLAINED TO HIM WE NEED IT BECAUSE WE WERE TAKING IT TO KERRVILLE. HOW COOULD HE DARE SAY THEY DONT NEED IT OVER THERE. THEN WHY WOULD WE CALL. WE WERE SPECIFICALLY TOLD WHAT WAS NEEDED. HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WANT A SALE. WE WERE PATING OUT OF POCKETS. THIS BUSINESS DID NOT WANT HELP OUT KERRVILLE. THIS IS JUST CRAZY. I CANT BELIEVE HE SAID NO.THAT IS JUST SAD. 😭 This goes to show how some people just don't care
I rented a saw to cut a few tree branches but it was not useful as the blade was dull.....I spent more time sharpening the blade, but I was not successful at completing the job. The company heard about this complaint and did nothing to correct or improve the situation. Overall poor customer service as well as product performance.
