Absolutely fantastic called Paul up today and and he was there within a couple of hours and fixed my broken boiler absolutely no complaints top bloke definitely recommend

Called Paul today Come straight round with in the hour Fixed my boiler with in 10 minutes and also fixed a leaky radiator for me He was very polite and honest Cleaned everything up before leaving Would highly recommend

Called Paul out as my 7 year old Ideal boiler showed an FD fault on the display. He called around 15 minutes later , took the front off the boiler and said it’s a problem with the boiler which he couldn’t fix but it’s under guarantee “I’ll ring them and get them to repair it for free “ he said ! He charged me £65 and waited for me to go to the bank. I gave him the money and didn’t get a receipt for it. The ideal boiler man came out and in under ten seconds told me it was a stuck pump there’s nothing wrong with the boiler. He gave the pump a sharp crack with a hammer and it started working again. He told me that unfortunately you’ve been ripped off , it’s a murky world of central heating repair people out there you have to be careful………. Lesson learned at a cost !

Fantastic job fitting our new boiler and bathroom radiator. The plumbers were lovely — polite, helpful, and really took pride in their work. Everything runs perfectly and they fully explained the new system. I'd definitely use them for any other plumbing jobs!
