I received two Blend Catering virtual cooking classes for my birthday this year. They were the Indian Affair and Oh My Thai. The classes were both so much fun! Erica is a great person with such an amazing personality, and she puts all that into her work with you over the two hour cooking class! She talks so passionately about all the ingredients and teaches you about all the small things that go into making a beautiful and delicious dish. The classes are not just for beginners. I already had experience with cooking and really enjoy it, and learning about new foods/techniques etc. She made the whole experience really informative and fun! The food came out amazing for both of the classes, these will definitely be recipes I will cook again! I'm excited to take more of her classes in the future, and hopefully one day in person!

Loved everything about Erica's virtual cooking in Spain. She had everything this you needed to feel like you were in Spain. From a Spanish play list and cocktail recommendation. We had the food package as well, which was awesome. All portioned and high quality ingredients. Erica was very informative and lots of fun. Can't wait to take a trip somewhere else with her.

We hired Blend Catering for our intimate wedding 3 weeks ago and they did not disappoint. We had all day service from breakfast to dinner and everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Chef Erica was flexible and professional in every interacting making our day happen the way we wanted! If you have any hesitations about hiring please let this review be what pushes you to take the plunge with her! YOU WILL NOT regret it

Loved this cooking session! Erica is a culinary queen. She not only shared three recipes that we got hands on time and instruction to make ourselves but she also revealed a few secret chef tips. Her passion for teaching was evident and really helped get our whole group excited and invested in turning out some homemade pasta creations that were sensational!
