I traveled from Missouri for the hair appointment with Madrid and was not disappointed. The experience was absolutely the best I have had in several years. My hair was dry, stiff, hard, and uneven. By the time Madrid finished I had a new, soft, and silky smooth hair style. Thank you, Madrid for the new look. I love it!

I had such an incredible experience with Madrid. I’m very particular about my blowouts and often struggle to find someone who can smooth and straighten my hair all the way to the roots — he nailed it effortlessly. He really listened to what I wanted and saved my hair after a really bad haircut.
