I had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM and was marked as a no-show by 2:12 PM, resulting in a charge without any additional communication besides stating that it is policy. While I acknowledge that their policy regarding no-show fees is clearly stated on their website, I find it disappointing from a client relationship perspective. Additionally, the location is difficult to find, as it is inside a locked loft with no clear instructions on how to enter. This lack of accessibility and guidance could contribute to delays and misunderstandings.
