I've been going to Bleu Honey Beauty Bar for Brazilian and underarm sugaring, and let me just say, this place is an absolute gem! Ivory is my go-to, and she is simply the BEST. Not only is she incredibly skilled and thorough with her technique, but she also makes the entire experience feel so relaxed and fun (yes, even when you're getting sugared!). From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, welcoming, and super cute. The ladies always offer a drink or something while you wait for your service. The décor is chic and cozy, and you can immediately tell that every detail was thought through with care. It doesn't feel like a spa, it feels like a little boutique where self-care is taken seriously. Ivory is quick but meticulous, making sure you're comfortable the entire time. She's also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and always shares personalized tips to help maintain results between appointments. I really appreciate how she goes beyond just the service itself--she genuinely cares about her clients' long-term skin health. Another thing I love is that Bleu Honey carries fantastic aftercare products right in the studio. I've picked up exfoliators and moisturizers that have seriously helped reduce ingrowns and kept my skin soft, smooth, and bump-free. It's such a thoughtful touch that they offer high-quality products that actually work, so you can keep your results looking fresh at home. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. If you're on the fence about booking, DO IT. You (and your skin) will be so glad you did

I have mixed feelings about my appointment. I really liked my aesthetician and the whole vibe of the place. I usually go to the city when I need a sugaring appointment but I wanted to find a place a bit closer. It was a hot day - I wish they had AC or fans (or both!) in the booths. I was sweating and that didn't help the whole process. It was partially my fault (and my luck haha) cause I was rushing to my appointment but also the room being hot and humid didn't help at all. I am glad that I went but I think they need to address the hot room issue cause it really affects the process and the end result.

Love this place! A plus that it’s Black woman-owned. Just had the best sugaring experience with Keilani. Go book with her. You’ll thank me later!

I am so glad I found this place! BIPOC-owned and they made me feel so comfortable my first time trying sugaring instead of waxing—Bronwyn and Keilani are both wonderful, but I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone here. The candy bowl is such a vibe

Liiiiiiiiiiiisssttteenn... I absolutely LOVE this place. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, it's affordable, CLEAN, the customer service is TOP TIER. I was serviced by Ivory and I couldn't have had a better experience. I made an appointment on their website for brows. When I arrived I was greeted and offered a glass of champagne while I waited. GREAT START. The place was so clean and visually appealing that I was taken aback literally checking out everything from floral wall installation to the products on their cute little stands. Ivory came out and greeted me and took me back to her chair. First question she asked was about my skincare regimen. GOLD STAR. You shouldn't be putting anything on anyone's face before asking them about previous treatments. After we discussed that, she walked me through exactly what she was going to do and asked if I had any question or concerns! ANOTHER GOLD STAR. That gave me the opportunity to discuss my expectations and tell her my issues (I have a small patch in my brow and I hate it! *our secret*). She then went on to tell me about henna tints and how they could assist with that. Fast forward, fast forward... she waxed my brows so fast and it was painless... and I also was able to get them tinted. I walked out of there feeling amazing. I didn't even have to put anything in my brows for my makeup application later that night. Oh, and now let's talk about price. I didn't want to write this review until I was able to give y'all the real deal on cost vs. sustainability . So now... I paid $60 plus tip for wax and tent and my brow tint did not fade for almost three weeks. THREE WEEKS!! My hair grew in a little by the second week but with the tint you really couldn't tell unless you were all up in my business. THREE WEEKS, y'all! I'm sold on their service! You'll always have a customer in me with good product, reasonable prices, a flexible schedule, and good customer service.
