I really liked the stylist and service, but the results didn't last. My hair was flatter in 4 hours than when I style it myself, and totally flat 8 hours after the service.

I made an appointment yesterday for 9:45 today I had an emergency with broken knee called to cancel my appointment and Amy said we will charge your card no matter what and she did although it was an emergency and I could even use the service for someone else possibly it wasn't 9:45 yet and she hang up on me. Do NOT trust this company.

My daughter got a brush completely tangled in her hair. Jessiah worked a miracle and was able to get the hair out without my daughter screaming or throwing a fit. She was so patient & kind. We did not have an appointment and they squeezed us in and took such great care of my daughter. I highly recommend this blow dry bar.
