I came in on the 17th of January to get layers in my hair and I even gave reference photos of what I wanted. Explained in detail how I wanted and it seemed like she understood what I was saying. When I got home my husband took a picture of how my hair looked and realized that it’s not even remotely close to what I wanted. I feel like for the money that I paid, I should gotten what I clearly explained and showed pictures of. I should’ve just went somewhere else if all she was going to do was just chop my hair straight across. Definitely will not be coming back!
