I wish I could give 0 stars for this absolute scam of a company. I placed a Mother’s Day order on May 9, 2026 and paid extra for next day delivery for the morning of May 10. I called the morning of May 10 and was informed that my order could not be delivered in the morning and would be delivered by 8pm. I called their call center 3 more times on May 10 and was told first that the order would be delivered by 8pm. When I questioned how that could be if I paid for express delivery, I was told I would be refunded the extra delivery fee. When I called a second time just before 8pm, I was told the order would be delivered by 9pm. When I questioned the delivery time, I was told the order would be delivered the morning of May 11. When I questioned the mixed messaging, I was told my concern was forwarded to the “investigations team” who would contact me later in the day. I never heard from this alleged team. I called a third time and was told because it was a last minute order, there was a “blended delivery date”. I was assured it would be delivered May 11 between 9am-9pm. I called the morning of May 11. This was my fourth call. I was again told it would be delivered that day…this time by 8pm. 8 pm came and went so I called again…a fifth time and was told the order will now be delivered on May 12. Again it’s a “blended delivery date”. At that point I requested cancellation and a refund and was told my request was forwarded to the alleged “investigations team” who would contact me in the next hour. Or tomorrow. Interesting timeframe. I have zero faith that I’ll see my money and I feel badly for my mom, who was supposed to get flowers and ended up with nothing.

I am incredibly disappointed with Bloomex. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day, and they were not delivered. I got an email stating that the flowers I chose were out of stock, but they would still make an arrangement. That’s no problem, I didn’t mind that they were adding different flowers to the arrangement. The arrangement never showed up, my email went un responded to, the live chat never showed up, so I called. I was on hold for far too long, but did get through to somebody who said that the arrangement was not delivered because they had low stock on flowers. I asked when the arrangement would be delivered and was told “maybe today, or maybe tomorrow”. It’s too late for Mother’s Day, I would prefer a refund but instead got a $30 credit to my Bloomex account, To be used another time. So now Mother’s Day is over, I still don’t know when the arrangement will arrive, and I have a $30 credit. I probably will never use due to a severe lack of trust. Bloomex should not have even sold me an arrangement, if they couldn’t deliver for a specific occasion. It was a very special Mother’s Day to be recognized, but Bloomex just wanted my money with no intention of delivering.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I paid $100 for the bouquet to be sent to my stepmom for Mother's Day. After losing my own mother last year. I called on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Talked to two different people who said it was supposed to be delivered today. I messaged customer service yesterday and was also told it would be delivered yesterday. I called again today. Waited 15 minutes. Told the gentleman in a very nice kind manner. What my order number was and my situation. And he hung up on me. I called back, waited another 15 minutes and was hung up on again before even anyone said anything. I then called the ordering line and they picked up within 30 seconds. When I told her what was happening she hung up on me. And then I called again basically crying and telling a gentleman that I would like to talk to a manager or a supervisor, and he was kind and said that he would fast track my file to the supervisor. But then after trying to call back again to see if I could just get a refund. I was hung up on again and my emails have not been replied to and the 24/7 help chat refuses to connect me with anyone after I give them my order number. I paid a good chunk of money for flowers and was met with nothing back. I'm on short-term disability and wanted to buy flowers to show my stepmom how much I appreciate her. I'm home all day. If they want to contact me. I'll answer every phone call. So if you're going to reach out on Google and say that you tried contacting me and nothing happened. I know it was a lie, maybe we should get a class action suit against this company? Anyone with me? Will be reporting the company for scamming and will be contacting my bank.

DO NOT USE!!! Horrible place to deal with. Wish I read the reviews. Order Mothers day flowers and paid extra for delivery on mother's day and nothing showed up. Been on hold for over 30 minutes twice to just try and get my money back. Asked for an update on mother's day at 5, and never got one that day. Horrible place and customer service

Failed Mother's Day delivery; Refund refused for missed occasion. I placed a floral order well in advance specifically for Mother’s Day delivery. Bloomex failed to deliver on the requested date. When contacted, their 'solution' was to deliver the flowers a day after the holiday had passed—rendering the service useless for its intended purpose. I paid a premium for a holiday-specific delivery, not a general floral delivery at the company's convenience. They have refused a refund despite failing to meet the primary condition of the purchase. If you need a reliable delivery for a specific occasion, look elsewhere. This company does not prioritize time-sensitive orders.
