Me and my sister went there together, they couldn’t service us because of the 7 minute grace period. The older lady in black kept telling us we need to be in the room within the 7 minutes. So technically the grace period is 6 not 7. Very unprofessional spot, then on top of that i constantly have to change my waxer, they are always leaving !! What’s going on here ?? Besides that won’t be returning it’s a mess in there just chaotic

They do good and price is great but I like a hour out and they have a grace period of 6-7 minutes I was 5 minutes late and the let the other people go. Also appointments are supposed to be 15 minutes slots and they said the lady had someone at 3:40 when my appointment is 330 so technically, I have up to that 15 minutes for my understanding. So disappointing and honestly have lose money for how much I drove for this place.

The estheticians are always professional, nice, and most are good at what they do. However, the front desk associates as well as the manager is rude and inconsiderate. There's a grace period for appointments, yet they'll leave the client in the waiting area 10-15 min after the scheduled appointment. I spoke to the manager about the issue and she was very dismissive and rude with her response. I've literally been going to this place for years so to be treated with such inconsideration when bringing up an issue was disgusting. I think they need to learn to value their customers a lot more and I'm really considering never returning due to this treatment.

My first time at Bloomfield Wax and it was a great experience. I booked a Brazilian Wax and Underarm and my Waxer Alex was great. She made me feel comfortable and calm and was really quick. She was so nice I instantly booked my next appointment!! The customer service is great and they make sure to remind you of your booking which I appreciate. Def try them out and book with Alex she’s great.

I have come here several times. Customer Service is always A1. Appointments are always punctual and the prices are very reasonable. My last wax was with Alex. She was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable and did the job with precision. I didn't know she was done until it was too late. Ladies book with her she's top notch. Thank You Alex You're The Best.
