We've worked with Paul Howley of Blooms Gardening for several years now and have had an excellent experience from the start. Can't recommend Paul and Bloom Gardening highly enough. He's done a fantastic job on my yard, working promptly with his team to install new turf, as well as plant new perimeter plants - serious knowledge about which plants do best in what environments and how to make the most of the space available!
