Jessica is amazing!! She does the best hair wash your hair feels so clean! The blowout is like magic it lasts for days looks like you just had it done! I always get so many compliments. Easy to book the appointment online which I appreciate. I love coming here everyone is so friendly and they always run on time. I’m so thankful to have this business in my neighborhood.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked what I thought was a simple blowout for a wedding, and somehow this salon turned it into a masterclass in how not to treat a customer. I showed up ready for my appointment, only to be told I “missed it” — and instead of an ounce of flexibility, compassion, or basic customer service, they hit me with a $54 charge for absolutely nothing. Let me get this straight: I didn’t receive a service, didn’t sit in a chair, didn’t even get a squirt of shampoo — but they still charged me as if I had? What a brilliant business model. Take people’s money, offer zero solutions, and call it “policy.” The level of smug indifference was actually impressive. No effort to help, no reschedule, just a robotic “that’s our policy” repeated like a script. It’s wild that a business so obsessed with “no-shows” seems to have no problem no-showing on basic decency. I hope the $54 was worth it — because that’s the last dime this place will ever see from me. If you value customer service, honesty, or common sense, take your business anywhere else.

I had the best experience getting a blowout with Olivia! She was so friendly, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The whole process felt relaxing and enjoyable, and she made me feel so comfortable in her chair. My hair came out absolutely flawless, smooth, shiny, and with the perfect amount of volume. It lasted all day (and even into the next!), and I received so many compliments. Olivia clearly knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be coming back to her again!
