Lindsey was incredible. I made a huge style change with my haircut and she was super careful to get me just what I wanted. She took her time to explain how I can style it and make it super easy to maintain. I absolutely love it.

Beautiful salon! Incredibly welcoming from the time I walked in. My haircut from Alex was exactly what I needed and wanted! She was able to understand and execute exactly what I hoped for in a way where others in the past have not been able to. Not only is she incredibly skilled but she has such a lovely warm personality and is super easy to talk to. Overall stellar experience and would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!

A great, personal experience from the minute I stepped into the salon. Every associate I encountered was so gracious and pleasant. I was also so lucky to have an appointment with Craig. He is clearly a master of his craft! I enjoyed watching his meticulous care, his attention to every detail to every carefully selected section of my hair. My hair has never before received such gentle care and attention. I immediately booked another appointment with Craig in January. I had a truly wonderful experience. Thank you to all and, especially, a thank you to Craig.

My husband and I recently relocated to the Rochester area. Scott Miller Salon was recommended to me so I scheduled a color, cut, and style. Courtney was wonderful and took the time to discuss what I had been doing for color, and she thoughtfully shared what she thought was the best color for me and what we could try in the future. Because I was a new customer, Leah went out of her way to ensure she knew exactly what I was looking for in my cut. I showed her pictures, and she instantly knew what I was going for in my hairstyle. She made recommendations, and I completely agreed with her direction. She was professional, easy to talk to, and she gave me a great cut and blow dry/style! I will definitely be back! I had an incredible experience during my first visit to Scott and Miller! I was initially a bit skeptical about how my haircut would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Olivia, the stylist truly understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
