We cannot say enough good things about this shop. After going through three different RV repair places and spending a lot of time and money with no answers, we were honestly at the point of giving up. We were traveling through on our way to Colorado, had already been stuck for days, and were dealing with a mystery Aqua-Hot issue that no one could diagnose. They worked us in immediately, kept our RV for three days, and had multiple techs actively troubleshooting until they found the problem. This was not a simple fix — it was the kind of issue everyone else missed — and they refused to give up. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. One of my A/C units went out in my ENTEGRA class A. When I went in I talked to Zack and he referred me to Adrian who gave me a quote, and ordered the Furrion 18K BTU (which is amazing) it would not fit between my solar panels which had to be moved. Although I was not happy we agreed to split the labor. The work was extremely good and Adrian communicated very well throughout entire install. Tom
