Edinburgh Fair Trade City Group
Blue Sky did an outstanding job in catering for our Fairtrade conference. We had over 250 delegates from over 20 countries and wanted to ensure strictly vegan catering for all as part of our commitment to sustainability, and as much use of Fairtrade products as possible. To ensure this was achieved Jackie and Ginny personally baked most of the traybakes and cakes provided. The lunches and snacks were all delicious; the vegans amongst us were delirious, and everyone greatly enjoyed the quality of the food and the service. Jackie and Ginny planned every step of the catering alongside us and were exceptionally committed to meeting our needs. In addition to meeting our requests as above, special meals for those with allergies were provided, separately packaged and labelled. All the serving staff were very friendly and professional, and all refreshments and meals were served promptly and efficiently at the requested times over the two and a half days. Portions were generous and the prices were extremely reasonable. I really can’t recommend Blue Sky highly enough; they were absolutely flawless.
