My family and I have been patients for over 10 years and the service keeps getting better and better. The remodeled office is elegant. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. All the hygienists are wonderful but Angela is my new favorite. Dr. Burkhalter is a wonderful dentist and truly cares. I refer all my friends to Bluebonnet Dental.

Wonderful experience at my dentist appt. The hygienist was so thorough and careful with her cleaning. I enjoyed talking to her and meeting my new Dentist, Dr Burkhalter. I loved my last dentist there as well and wish Dr. Rome the best.

Dr Gonzales is very patient focused and gentle. His assistant was amazing. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable before starting the procedure. Very pleasant experience for a root canal.

Blue Bonnet Dental and Dr Rome have taken care of me and my husband over 10 years. They provided comprehensive care to include the most updated treatment and technology. Dr Rome has the most kind and compassionate approach. She is the best and will be greatly missed.

I’ve been a patient here for three years, and today was my final appointment. The experience was so dismissive and unprofessional that I’m done. When I asked about removing my permanent retainer—an issue I’ve raised before—the assistant became passive aggressive towards me for simply inquiring. I declined their push for a temporary retainer, and instead of respecting my decision, she said “mkay” and walked away. I’ve struggled with buildup under the permanent retainer despite flossing daily with threaders. Yet the hygienist spoke to me like a complete novice, lecturing me on basic care I already follow religiously. When I politely declined the complimentary toothbrush and floss, she ignored me and shoved the bag in my hand anyway, insisting, “If you use these floss threaders, you’ll see improvement.” I do use them—every single day. To top it off, I called to cancel my next appointment and was hung up on mid-sentence. This wasn’t just poor service—it was condescending, disrespectful, and outright rude. I expected better from a practice I trusted for three years. I won’t be back.
