The floral arrangements and decor were absolutely beautiful, and having rentals (linens/decor) available made everything so convenient. The coordination throughout the day was excellent — we were able to simply enjoy our event. 100% recommended!
We hired BE for decor set up and breakdown for our wedding. Based off our experience, I would never do business with them again. You will be left on read, treated like your business/event doesn’t matter once it is happening or over, and given excuses because they can’t stay on top of their own operations. Things as simple as confirming our event timeline ahead of time, checking in with us, were not done. Reading and responding to emails takes them weeks. Or you may never get a response. They have no problem taking your payments, though. Poorly delivered contracted services agreed upon and they did not do several things they were supposed to, left all my family, myself and the groom scrambling to do the job we hired them to do at the end of the night. Awful experience. Owner was never present and sent people to work our event that I’d never seen, spoke to, had no contact information for, and we weren’t told this would be the case. Poor follow up, customer service, and execution of services overall. Several things were set up wrong at our wedding, incomplete, or never done. I was assured ahead of time our requests would be met but they most definitely weren’t. They were the most disappointing vendor we hired for our wedding. We would not recommend them to anyone.
Amazing experience with bluebonnet for our rentals! We planned and coordinated ourselves and Amanda was so accommodating and understanding. She went through our list probably a million times and helped us know how much of each item we would need. Her team that came to set up and break down were so nice and professional and did a beautiful job. They were so enjoyable to be around❤️❤️ can’t recommend bluebonnet enough for small or large parties! We will be working with them again soon I’m sure!

To preface, I'm a very organized, methodical person and have experience planning and dealing vendors, etc. I went into planning my wedding feeling confident that I could handle it on my own. However, my sister was adamant about getting a wedding planner, so eventually I caved. I am so thankful I did. I could not have done it on my own - even with my whole family helping. IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE ABOUT GETTING A WEDDING PLANNER PLEASE DO. It makes all the difference. Amanda was able to provide us with a comprehensive list of phenomenal vendors (all of whom we were happy with) and rolled with it when my husband and I's vision for the wedding changed more than once. Amanda made everything flow smoothly. When it comes to planning a wedding, there are a lot of small details that are easy to overlook (ice, extension cords, etc.) - Amanda knows what needs to happen and takes care of it. Life throws curve balls, and there's always something that goes wrong on the wedding day. For us, there was a major wind storm that damaged the reception tent. We got married in mid-December, so without the tent, guests would be standing in the freezing rain all night. Had I planned it myself, that's what would have happened. However, because of Bluebonnet Events, by the reception, the tent was not only as good as new, but decorated and heated. The best thing I can say about Bluebonnet Events, however, is that they made our vision come to life. Looking back our wedding was exactly as we'd hoped. Amanda and her team worked to make our wedding ours - even though it wasn't a conventional wedding. They listened to what we described and help turned our idea into a reality.
