I could not recommend BVS more. Even when they are extremely busy with critical OR cases, they always make sure you feel heard and cared for. We've had 3 visits with two different cats and all three times, we received the most compassionate care. My very first time at BVS didn't have a happy ending, as my kitty, Khaleesi, was extremely sick and we had to make the ultimate heartbreaking decision to have her humanely euthanized - BVS was there for and with us every step of the way and helped us through the toughest moments and decision we'd ever had to make. Picking out an urn for your beloved kitty is beyond heart wrenching, but the tech that day helped me in every way they could with the kindest heart. I will never forget them or how much their kindness and support still means to me to this day. In our more recent visits with our kitty Scooter (one last year and one this past weekend), they've taken the best care of our boy and are always so kind no matter how many questions I ask or how frazzled I am when I show up. The tech that helped us this past weekend went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, despite the fact they had a case going into surgery and were overloaded with other emergency cases. I will also never forget the kindness and compassion he showed us when we needed it the most. I would absolutely recommend BVS to anyone and everyone in need of emergency care for their fur babies. No matter what the staff might be going through in their extremely high stress job, they never let you see it and always make you feel seen, heard, and cared for. We are so grateful to everyone at BVS! 💙
