I hope no one ever needs to use this review — but if you find yourself in the worst moment of pet ownership, know that this team will meet you there with incredible grace. My dog was hit by a car, and I walked through their doors in shock, not knowing what to expect or what came next. What I found was a staff that was genuinely gentle with her — treating her with dignity even in her final moments. They didn't rush me. They gave me the time and space to just be with her, and they walked me through every step of the process clearly and compassionately, never making me feel like I was in the way or taking too long. They also talked me through aftercare options in a way that felt thoughtful, not transactional — like they understood this was a real loss, not just a procedure. I had never been through losing a pet before. I didn't know how to do any of it. This team made an unbearable experience feel as human and caring as it possibly could. I'm deeply grateful for the way they showed up that day.

A joke of an establishment. Do not…absolutely do not bring your animals to this place. The level of care is equivalent to a toddler babysitting a newborn. They do not care about the animals let alone the owners of said pets. They should be closed down by the state!!!
