From the receptionist, to the assistant, to the veterinarian everyone at Blue Pearl Emergency Care was quite helpful, empathetic, and quite knowledgeable. I have been to this facility a few times with different dogs. My wait time has never been very long, and the service has always been professional and kind. I had to have our beautiful dog euthanized a few weeks ago. The entire staff was very compassionate and supportive. Thank you.

I recently took my Doberman to BluePearl Veterinary Hospital, and the staff treated me with great care and kindness. This was my first time taking a pet there, and although it was a bit expensive, the service and compassion made it worth it. Everyone—from the front desk to the veterinarian—showed great communication and hospitality. The staff was very nice, and they even had a bowl of chocolate candy that I enjoyed while waiting. Sadly, my Doberman passed away, but I’m truly grateful for how respectful and supportive they were through everything. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I appreciate the professionalism and warmth from everyone at BluePearl.

Hi there, I wanted to share our experience after reading some concerning reviews about this place. When we brought our dog, Waffles, in for treatment, we were understandably worried about her well-being. Thankfully, Dr. Christopher Dobbins was incredibly compassionate and thorough in his approach. He took the time to explain in detail the care Waffles would need after her minor injury, which eased my anxiety significantly. Waffles is just nine months old and had never been hurt before, so I felt a wave of guilt. Dr. Dobbins was attentive and even addressed some matting in her fur and cleaned her ears, which I greatly appreciated. I can’t express enough gratitude for the kindness and professionalism shown by him and the entire staff. While I will say that the services were a bit on the pricier side, we felt it was worth every penny for the level of care we received. We were given an estimate beforehand, and I appreciate that the final bill was consistent with what we were quoted. We’ll be back in 12 days to get Waffles’ stitches removed, and I’ll be sure to update this review if needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any pet care you might need. They were truly amazing when we lost our sweet Rosie. They were even open on a Sunday, which meant so much since she had already received diagnostics from another vet and her health had declined quickly over the weekend. We paid $275 for her cremation, and about a month later I received her paw prints in the mail, along with signatures from the entire staff. I completely broke down—it was such a touching and thoughtful gesture. I framed it and still have the paw print till this day. Thank you Blue Pearl!

They were the most amazing vet for me and my pup! They have been such a great resource and truly care about their patients. My little girl was taken care of wonderfully and they were so compassionate to me as well. She’s a healthy girl now! I would recommend this vet to everyone!!
