It was fun and the room was moderate difficult but only because things in the room were broken or didn't work properly. Made for not be best first experience at this escape room. It wasn't very clean either.

I would give it two and half stars if I could. We did swamp shack their newest room and it was an interesting experience.several of the puzzles either didnt work or had some missing component. The flashlights lost battery quickly the one we were giving at first was at 4% and when asked for another one the guide said just use your phones. The magnetic release locks weren’t working appropriately and it affects if you get the next thing or not. The guide had to come in at least twice to give us keys and it was unclear to whether they forgot the key in the room or if she had to come in every time which is odd as well. We still managed to have fun but still not worth 30$ a person for six people.

We came to Memphis to celebrate our Anniversary. I mentioned an escape room to my husband because I do them with my students and he’s never done one. We did the theater room and it was a challenge for us. The staff was so patient with us because we needed the help LOL. I highly recommend Bluff City Esape Rooms because it is very legit and well put together. The clues were awesome and required true thinking which is always great.

We had such a great time! Tina was so kind to us. I will never forgot this experience. Elf initiation was no joke 😂. I wish we lived locally to do all of the rooms. I will definitely be back next time we are in Memphis.

Our family has completed all 5 rooms here, and we came back for their newest room today, Elf Initiation. All the rooms are locally built and the owners and staff truly believe in the customer experience. Great family afternoon.
