BM were great from start to finish, communicating clearly and coming out to make sure there wouldn't be any issues come installation. They were available for a relatively quick install and saved us from lots of unbearably hot weather - would definitely recommend.

Couldn’t believe a company could have such a great google review score but now after using them I fully understand why. Always answer the phone, respond to texts and arrive on time. For me more than anything is receiving a written quote within a reasonable amount of time is very important and I think it was actually within an hour or two, while waiting on quotes from other companies for 3 days to a week at best, this was the main reason I went with them for my new split system Mitsubishi. The booking was within a week once quote accepted. The install looks very neat and it works amazingly, the technician was on time and polite so there isn’t a single reason this company does not deserve all 5 stars so thank you BM heating and cooling!

Highly recommend BM Heating and Cooling. Excellent service, very professional. My old split system stopped working, they identified issue, provided options and quotes for replacement. New air con was installed in good time and is working perfectly. All were very friendly and easy to work with and excellent communication throughout the process.
