Great customer service and care taken My first order arrived damaged due to transport issues. I contacted Hello Plants with photos and they responded promptly and professionally, arranging a replacement order. The resend arrived via express post and was very well packed, with clear labeling for handling. The plants were in good condition and healthy. Really impressed with the communication and care taken to resolve the issue.

FROM A MOTHERS PERSPECTIVE . My daughter recently had a garden design appointment with Chris at Hello Hello Garden Nursery, choosing the 45-minute session to explore suitable plants for her space. We were a little anxious about the drive from the Mornington Peninsula, but it turned out to be absolutely worth it. The nursery itself is impressive. The range of plants and products is extensive, but what stood out most was the quality. Every plant looked vibrant and exceptionally healthy, which immediately built our confidence. Chris was a pleasure to speak with. His knowledge is remarkable, and his assistant Jodi was equally insightful. Together they created a beautiful, thoughtful garden plan for my daughter, explaining clearly why each plant suited the areas they chose. I had been looking forward to the experience, but it exceeded my expectations. I discovered plants I haven’t seen in my local nurseries, and as someone who loves spending time in the garden, being surrounded by such thriving greenery was genuinely uplifting. If you’re unsure about what to plant or simply want expert guidance without any pressure, I highly recommend booking a session with Chris. My daughter appreciated being able to see the suggested plants in person, and the whole process felt relaxed and supportive. It’s absolutely worth the visit—and definitely worth the drive. This is the state of the $70 3ft Chicago peace (not even an eco grade of any sort) that was delivered. All leaves shrivelled and half the branches yellow/dead - the driver was in such a rush he drove off before i could inspect them well enough to refuse and send back and now phone operator says - oh I can't contact driver it's a different dept, you'll just have to email photos and resolve during the weekday as minimal staff on weekends. This order was already 2-3 weeks late already, I am predicting another 2-3 weeks to chase up this as well if I'm lucky...very poor standard and customer service experience thus far

I have very little knowledge about nurseries but always wanted to start gardening, growing my own veggies, flowers and fruits. When I entered Hello Hello, honestly it was a bit overwhelming. The place is huge and full so many beautiful plants everywhere, I didn’t even know where to start. I asked few staff for help, but the interaction felt quite limited. Then from one of the boys Ankit came to assist us, and really he was so kind, patient and genuinly interested to help. He didn’t just point things out but he walked with us, explained what grows best, and helped me and my grandpa with so much care and respect. Because of that, we ended up buying many veggies, herbs, spices and flowers and most importantly, we left with a smile. My grandpa was so happy that someone took time to explain everything slowly to him. If you visit this nursery, ask for Ankit. He truly goes out of his way to help, and it makes the whole experience feel personal. Also this nursery has such a wide variety of everything you will definitely find what you’re looking for.

First time I tried out this nursery, hello hello, I ordered some plants and had them delivered. I could not be happier. The quality was outstanding. They always kept emailing me to make sure that the plants were on their way. The delivery driver was very attentive very kind and put them at the back for me. then I decided to go in and buy some more plants and I absolutely love the service. The people were very knowledgeable about the plants. They took their time to show me the plants, large variety and they all were beautiful. The staff at the cashier and the front table were absolutely amazing and so friendly and kind and full of advice. Also they have great sales. I brought quite a few plants and I could not be happier. I’ll be going there again thank you. Hello hello and I’m also following them on TikTok. Absolutely recommend.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
