We used Boatsetter to rent a boat on July 4, 2024. The boat owner canceled the boat delivery at 9 am on July 4th when they were supposed to deliver at 11am. We now have no boat, and there are no other boats available to do a last minute rental. I will never rent a boat from Boatsetter again, and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you need a reliable boat rental service, DO NOT use Boatsetter.

Myself, wife and son took their introduction course on boating conducted by Nathan of NTX watercraft rentals. It was an awesome learning experience. Nathan was patient, fun and explained us all about how to safely go about using a boat. He was detailed and gave us enough time to learn basics of boating. Thank you Boatsetter for providing us with this opportunity. One recommendation is to have another slightly advanced class which teaches about launching boats, safely bringing it back to trailer, basic tips and techniques, etc would be valuable. Overall a five star experience
