From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The service and communication were excellent. Once the reservation was made there were a number of educational videos which provided information about the boat and the lake which were a huge benefit. We were provided a detailed map of the lake with suggested places to explore and anchor for safe swimming. Even though I am an experienced boater, this was my first time on Lake Wylie. The videos and the map gave me confidence that I was prepared to safely take my family out on the water. The boat seemed brand new and was easy to operate. Everything about this company was top notch!
