We came in just to look around and ended up furnishing our entire apartment here! Ilgaz was extremely helpful as well as the store managers. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their customer service is top tier. We had an issue with our payment going through and they even stayed past the store closing time until we were able to get it handled with our bank. I would never buy furniture anywhere else, I highly recommend this location and staff! Thank you again, Ilgaz and team!!!
We had a great experience at Bob’s discount furniture. We found a beautiful couch that reclined and was super comfortable for our family. It’s getting delivered on Saturday. We were helped by Vincent on Thursday and Ilgaz on Friday at your Huntington Beach store. Both of them gave me excellent service. They were so patient, listened to what we wanted, so helpful, answered all of our questions. Both days were the best experience I've ever had at a furniture store. Love my new modular sectional couch with pet console. This sectional has exceeded my expectations! It is so comfortable. The perfect combination of being soft fabric but also still firm and durable. The cats absolutely love their pet console section and are always laying on it or sitting on it and looking out the window which was my hope in buying this piece of furniture over many others that I looked at. I’m also super happy with the table console and there is tons of storage with the compartments underneath each section. Lastly the 3rd party delivery guys said out of all the companies they deliver for Bob’s is one of the best if you have any issues that need attention or fixing. That’s like a built in guarantee in itself. We’re very happy:)
My husband and I decided we needed a couple of pieces of new furniture. We have checked prices and reviews online at a bunch of different places decided to go to Bob’s furniture to check those out in person. We met Gilberto just after we walked in the door and let him know what we were looking for. He was very friendly and extremely helpful and he was not at all a pushy salesman. He showed us the areas where the products were that we wanted and it gave us the space we needed to look at the furniture, to take pictures & to put questions together, and he met with us and sat down with us to talk about what we came up with. A few years ago, we were at another furniture store and did not get anywhere near the service that we got with Gilberto and Bob’s furniture. We ended up purchasing two recliners instead of one and a dining room set that is perfect for our house. As we were putting it all on paper we all sat together in recliners, and my husband got to have vanilla ice cream. It was a very productive afternoon and our furniture is being delivered in just a few days. We highly recommend Bob’s furniture and if you’re in the Huntington Beach store make sure you ask for Gilberto - you won’t be sorry.
