I liked the furniture I observed in the store. Very contemporary, which is my style. Sales rep. John was a consumate professional in assisting me with purchasing bedroom set. Great quality, great prices, and great customer service. Will be back for more items, they're that beautiful! Gotta ask for John!

My husband and I went to Bob's Discount Furniture for the first time yesterday. Oh my gosh, they have beautiful furniture and decorative items. The employees, especially Melody and the store manager Clarence was absolutely wonderful. The employees really take the time with you. They aren't just trying to sell you. They honestly care. When you come in the door, they ask if you need help. If you tell them that you want to look around, they say okay let us know if you need help with anything. They give you time, they don't follow you around. If you tell them what you're looking for they show, and will talk to you. They do NOT push anything on you and they don't try to hurry you along. They are all so friendly and treat you like family. We have been to Ashley furniture before and they made us feel that we had to buy since we were taking up their time. The furniture that we had gotten from Ashley's was the wrong color and didn't last long. We were not happy with them at all. I will recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to everyone that is looking for any kind of furniture. THANK YOU MELODY and CLARENCE for being so wonderful and helpful. You are amazing.

Looking for new bed frame and mattress. They had a very big selection of mattresses of all types and my salesperson, Kimi, was very thorough and patient with me as I tried several. Even after I had selected a mattress and frame, she happily showed me daybeds when I saw one and pondered outloud if that was a better option for me. No hard sell, no hurry up. The price was fantastic, delivery was easy to schedule. Full service delivery... no assembly on my part. 90 day guarantee to swap mattress if I found it wasn't comfortable after sleeping on it for 30 days. Terrific credit options. All in all, I would definitely recommend Bob's.

Extremely disappointed. The sofa came with a dented outside arm. There was a huge hole on it. After about a month, they were able to change the part. The expensive drawer door was damaged. It doesn't fully close. Terrible customer service. I would recommend avoiding this company.

They worked diligently, professionally, and just overall fantastic experience for us to get our new furniture. Friendly, informative, and HONEST. The saleswoman was on top of it, i think lexi was her name? clCalm demeanor and outstanding work ethic. The manager lady was fantastic too. They both did an amazing job and helped us get the set we desired even after giving us other options, they pulled it off ! Not a very fond experience with others so I hope this furniture set treats my household well! Very great experience and more phenomenal customer service! Thanks ladies !
