No pressure sales and multiple options to choose from. Plus, everything is displayed in the showroom so you can check it out in person. We found the dining room set we wanted and the price was so good we got the server as well. We're very satisfied with our experience! Julie was great to work with. She provided excellent customer service!

I was so happy to read that Bob’s was finally in North Carolina. I had used them many times in New Hampshire 16 years ago. I still have the couch, recliner and mattress I bought from them and it’s still in excellent condition. Two years ago we had a very bad experience with another large NC furniture store when we were looking for a larger sectional couch. The product we purchased didn’t even last 2 years before it started falling apart. We had to use the warranty they provided to get a replacement but it was no longer being made. The closest replacement would now cost $3,000 more that we would need to pay for ourselves. We ended up getting a much smaller couch so we could stay within the warranty amount they would cover. We placed that couch with our old Bob’s couch so we could have more seating. No one who sits in the new couch has anything good to say about it. We decided to get a new large sectional couch from Bob’s, sell the “new” couch that we don’t like, and move our old Bob’s couch into our bedroom. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to the closest NC location but it was so worth it. We purchased the Canyon sectional couch at the Winston-Salem location. Amy was our Guest Experience Specialist and she is fantastic! We explained what we were looking for and she took us directly to the exact one we wanted. Since we lived an hour and a half away we were concerned that they couldn’t deliver that far but Amy went to bat for us and it will be delivered soon to our home. Bob’s is the place to go for the best options (the showroom floor is massive), quality and prices!

Went shopping for a power recliner loveseat on Saturday. After comparing the options and customer experience from several stores we came back to Bob’s on Sunday. Jason gave us the right amount of attention and freedom. Loved the idea of not having to shop for sales.

Our shopping experience at the Winston Salem store was great. Chad greeted us when we arrived asked if he could help and we informed him that we were looking for a dining room set and he pointed us in the right direction. Chad didn’t hover over us and gave us space and time for my wife and I to go over the available sets. When we decided on a dining set he gave us the two options and we chose the White Glove option. We shopped at the Bob’s store in New Jersey and were happy with the prices, products and service.

I was very happy to see that Winston-Salem now has a Bob's Discount Furniture!! I walked into the store and was greeted by Eddie. He was very welcoming and friendly. I walked around the store and check out the living room furniture and side tables. Eddie did check on me and asked if I had any questions. There was no pressure to make a purchase! I'll definitely be coming back with the family to see what living room furniture and side tables will fit in our living room and make a purchase!
