I have never once regretted purchasing Ethan Allen furniture and a bed. The reason is Megan Jones’ exceptionally professional guidance and advice. She is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I love Ethan Allen furniture and accessories. Beautiful products. The store designer has great skill with design. I’ve been so thankful for her help. Still waiting on some pillows, a lamp, a piece of wall art, a desk, and a dresser.

Kelly was amazing! She came to home and measured my area and the furniture I liked and put it in a work up AI sketch. I was a bit nervous the night before that it wouldn’t fit like she laid it out, but when the delivery was complete I was like a child walking down the stairs at Christmas! I do not enjoy home decor decisions, and she got a taste of my style and put together something that is functional and lovely for my family. I can’t thank her enough. The delivery men we first rate as well!

Megan and Jennifer were amazing! We are building a new home and the process to select furniture has been challenging. We had visited MANY stores but never really loved what we saw. We walked into Ethan Allen and were met by a cheerful Megan. She was so professional and helpful with no pressure. We shared our decorating thoughts with her and she was so wonderful in offering her suggestions. We loved them all! Bouncing back and forth Jennifer then pitched in and she added such a nice compliment to our choice selections and conversation. My husband and I felt so comfortable and loved all that we decided to buy for our new home. Now we can look forward to our new home decorated with beautiful furnishings selected by a “ true professional team.” We are very grateful to both Megan and Jennifer!

After trekking through so many stores with falling apart showroom furniture, I was happy to find that Ethan Allen makes solid furniture. I was looking to replace my current table, chair sets, office, and bedroom furniture with something durable, but matches my home decor. Megan was very knowledgeable with what Ethan Allen makes, and was receptive to my design ideas. It was important that the furniture match my style, and Megan made sure that each furniture piece would fit exactly into each room. There was so many choices and custom features that made my furniture unique for me. From the table legs style to the fabric of my headboard. The only thing I didn’t like is that Ethen Allen bookshelves do not come with an option for extra shelves. Megan made sure to keep me updated to when the furniture would be finished and when it would be delivered. The delivery crew was very respectful of my home, making sure each furniture piece had felt pads were they might scratch my floors, and made sure everything was were I wanted in the house. Including assembling furniture and taking furniture upstairs. This experience was wonderful, everything looks great and fits just where I need it to. I would definitely shop with Megan and Ethan Allen again.
