Excellent service and great prices! We are very happy with our experience. We purchased a bedroom set about two years ago and we decided to come back to get living room furniture. Both experiences were great with customer service and the professionalism we received. I highly recommend this store and I know we will be back again in the future for all of our home furniture needs.

Salesperson Karlene was very nice and knowledgeable about the furniture. She was very helpful, but let me make up my own mind. That particular store should consider turning down the music volume. It was too loud. Other than that, great store and great staff.

My experience with the sales representatives was very good but the sales representative that stood out the most was Vanessa because she helped me throughout my entire order. She was right there every step of the way even though she was a New Employee she still took her time and if she didn’t know the answer she would ask one of her colleagues for assistance. And I’m so glad that I chose that particular store to shop at and I’ll definitely be back for more furniture. Keep up the good work.

Here’s my one star review , this my update . So the legs were shipped with the couches we was only missing one set but the workers didn’t open the couches at all only one . So we ordered another set but didn’t know they was already with the pieces for the couch. Still stand by this will be my last purchase with bobs. Paid extra for a half done white glove service

I had a wonderful experience with the delivery of my dining set (Coco ll in grey) from Bob’s Furniture company. Not only was it delivered timely but Javier and Anderson were wonderful in cleaning up all of the loose foam and paperwork, they put everything together the way I wanted it and took note of any concerns that I might have. They were patient and worked diligently to make sure that I was happy with the delivery. You can’t ask for more than that. A perfect delivery. I am truly a happy camper. I will be telling everyone about Bob’s furniture and their excellent service!
