Wonderful service. I easily made an phone appointment for next day. Andrew and AJ gave me a call 30 minutes before arrival and showed up right on time. They explained my options and, after I agreed, quickly and carefully moved my items to their truck. Both were very friendly, congenial, and professional. Will use Junk King again for sure.

People are correct it has a lot of furniture to choose from…however the quality is not there!!!! It all started with them getting the order completely wrong and then parts of the bed weren’t available and delivered separately so nothing all came at once and was not able to be put together for weeks, We have owned our bedroom set for 1 year and 5 months and it’s falling apart! And I mean actually falling apart, we were sleeping the other night and the wooden pegs decided to fall out of their holes in 2 spots one spot towards the headboard and one in the middle , one spot the pegs completely broke off and the other side just popped out! now it’s held up by another wooden slat that we had to cut and rig ourselves to brace up the side…(shown in pic) One of our dressers that belongs with the set has a drawer that just wont stay closed…no matter what it’s sliding opening after being shut! Super disappointed in the quality! Unless you decide to get all the warranties which is a hefty price I’d steer clear of this place because you’ll be SOL!

As for Bob's showroom, sales staff, etc, I am neutral due to online orders. However, the quality of the item I ordered is relatively low and cheaply built and barely adequate for my intended use. I don't recommend this item or others from the supplier. If you have woodworking skills, build it yourself and save a bunch of money. Secondly, the modular sofa-sleeper I ordered and Bob missed the mark if this is his design. Assembly and construction are solid, but the comfort factor is very low with a very dense and very firm foam cushioning. It's adequate for my home, and performs it function but I will probably reupholster. I will say the delivery crew were polite, on time, and had it assembled in just a few minutes. Great job 👍. Very happy with my experience here. I got an awesome sales person named Rick. He was super nice, knowledgeable and personable. I saw other great reviews on Rick. He hasn't even asked for these reviews so Bob's, you need to give him a raise! Can't wait to get my new couch delivered.

I honestly had such a wonderful experience. I went with my 80 year old grandpa and 9 month daughter. They offered us coffee, cookies, and water. They let us explore on our own and answered any questions we had. I had to breastfeed at one point and they were more than accommodating. They have a changing station in the bathroom too! Rick is who helped me and he was super professional and personable. I’ll be going here for any of my furniture needs going forward. I did purchase a new couch and chaise for my move.
