Dear BoConcept- Adelaide Hope you are doing well today. I recently visited BoConcept Adelaide yesterday late morning, Sunday 5 January 2026, and I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Nicolle Churi. From the moment I stepped into the store, Nicolle greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly set a welcoming tone. Throughout my entire visit, Nicolle remained professional yet incredibly personable. She never once felt pushy; instead, she took the time to understand my preferences and needs. When it came to selecting a sofa, she patiently guided me through various sizing and color options and pricing, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever overwhelming me. Her keen eye for design details and deep product knowledge shone through as she listened attentively and helped me visualize how each piece would fit into my space. What truly stood out was Nicolle’s sincere, judgment‑free approach. She gave me ample time to contemplate my choices, allowing me to reflect on the options for the rest of the afternoon. Her authenticity and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued and respected—a rare quality in today’s retail landscape. Thanks to Nicolle’s expertise and friendly professional approach that morning, it did not take me too long to decide. In fact, I did not even need to go to the competitors. I returned in the afternoon to let her know that I wanted to purchase the Moderna Sofa in Vintage Burgundy Leather. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my purchase anticipating its arrival around 20 May 2026. I would return to BoConcept to shop with Nicolle again. Her style, vibe, and attentive service elevated the whole shopping experience, turning a routine purchase into a memorable event. She was the one who clinched the deal. I have furnished 2 houses with Bo Concept and found their furniture to be stylish and of good quality. Their staff in Adelaide, Jenilee and Zac and in Brisbane, Ryan and Glenda have been knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, taking the stress out of a large purchase.

We absolutely love our new Kingston extendable dining table and Princeton chairs in Lazio ❤️❤️ the table is so easy to extend and fold back and it comfortably seats 10 as we love entertaining. The chairs are really comfortable and fabric is excellent quality, easy to clean and doesn’t show marks from the kids and dog. Rebecca and the staff were so lovely to deal with and they were great with arranging the timing of delivery for us. Highly recommend BoConcept!
