Throughout my entire visit, Nicolle remained professional yet incredibly personable. She never once felt pushy; instead, she took the time to understand my preferences and needs. I returned in the afternoon to let her know that I wanted to purchase the Moderna Sofa in Vintage Burgundy Leather. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my purchase anticipating its arrival around 20 May 2026. I would return to BoConcept to shop with Nicolle again. Her style, vibe, and attentive service elevated the whole shopping experience, turning a routine purchase into a memorable event. She was the one who clinched the deal.
